Doltone House runs a collection of award-winning venues for weddings, corporate functions and special events. Its digital presence had stopped matching that: the site was slow, hard to navigate, prone to outages, and visually dated, friction for prospective clients and internal staff alike. They needed a platform that reflected the brand and let people discover venues, browse offerings and enquire easily.
Our approach
A complete redesign and rebuild on WordPress, aimed at a site that was fast, well designed, and genuinely manageable by the internal team.
Discovery and design covered user journey workshops and booking system exploration, wireframes and high-fidelity designs across venues, events, blog, gallery, ticketing, contact and legal pages, UX to promote key venues and streamline enquiries, and discovery of future integrations including SwiftPOS and Momentus.
Development delivered a fully customised theme and CMS with reusable blocks, WooCommerce and ticketing integration for events, Gravity Forms for tailored enquiries, optimised architecture and performance tuning, analytics integration, and CMS training and documentation.
